Course Highlights
The basic CFP course meets the requirements of instruction as mandated by the State of Utah. It is about 5 hours of instruction. It covers all the material required by the state for concealed carry permits. Topics include the application process, safety and handling, children, restricted areas, police encounters, travel and reciprocity, civil liability, basic handgun operation, ammunition, shooting fundamentals, Utah weapons and use of force laws and rules, Federal regulations, and other subjects.
